How much does it cost?

Every company is unique, so every proposal is too. We do a free assessment and present a clear investment, no surprises. The amount depends on number of employees, complexity and services contracted.

Do I need an in-house IT team?

No! Most of our clients don't have an IT team. We act as your full IT department. If you already have a team, we extend their capacity.

How long does implementation take?

It depends on scope, but most implementations are completed within 2 to 6 weeks. We do everything without stopping your operations.

Do you only work with specific tools?

No. We are tool-agnostic. We work with Okta, Azure AD, Kandji, Intune, Ubiquiti and dozens of other tools. We choose the best for your reality, not the one that gives us the most commission.

What if I already have some tools?

Great! We evaluate what you already use and integrate with our operation. We don't force unnecessary migration.

How does support work?

Your team has a direct channel with us. We solve problems quickly, no bureaucracy. SLA level depends on the contract.
